I used that period to take advantage to get the [deleted] out of Ethiopia due to my talent and to get favors from the different Ethio officials exit visa, which I succeeded.

Old age is a ‘blessing’ as you worshippers say, but it is not a freaking ‘blessing’. It is a mental fitness which I instilled in my blood.

Yes I am still smoking of course only regular cigarettes, for over 40 years. I enjoy it. It makes me think clearly and my doctors always tell me that my lungs 🫁 are clean and as strong as horse’s lungs. I don’t even cough what they call cigarettes cough. But I don’t drink. May be a bottle or can of beer in a year or special occasion. My favourite drink is just water.
I bet all of you have some ailments aka be it minor or severe. Trust me I have none.
I still have my teeth, my full curly hairs, beautiful silver on the sides and top front and black in the back, magnet to the ladies. Am 6”1’ and 183 lb weight and full of health and life.
“Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise” and that, I am. Yes I go to bed between 9PM-10PM and get up at 5 AM every day. Do my stretch ups, jog a little bit and I am good to go. I still have my 6 pack tommy.
So any a’ss hole a member of the sick 120 million rats Ethiopians of this site, politely ask me if you want to be healthy, enjoy your lives, how to be very active in your love making sessions and learn instead of stupidly talk or try to hate on your elderly.
And don’t freaking get afraid of death. Be afraid of sickness, specially pain and work to not get sick. That is inevitable. After you die, you won’t know if you were alive or are dead.
I don’t believe on LIFE IS SHORT principle. I am optimistic with plans and working the plans of course.
And I learned that principle of life from Wedi Afom’s life style and principles.
So be like me and Wedi Afom.
The more you hate us, the more we are going to live longer and be pain in your stinky selves.
We know how to change your hates to strength. It is all in the mind and in laughter responses. Lay back attitudes. And oh yeah, I love to watch different birds . I love cats ‍ (always have one) and I hate dogs .
