Another dimension to this which I would like to investigate more is something I heard recently that this whole drama started when UAE tried to punish Djibouti due to their agreement on Djibouti's port management. UAE instructed the 7th grader PM of OPDO to switch to Somaliland in an attempt to crush the entire economy of Djibouti.

Have you heard this? Is this true? Something to look into. If true, UAE is the head of Ethiopia now and Abiy is just a minister
