1. allow fano to roam east welega and horu gudru ✓
2. make fano in welega to attack Nekemte city
3. remove them from nekemte after 1 day
4. blame Shene for not protecting oromo people on national tv *speaking oromo
5. claim to be the only oromo defending Oromia/Oromos
6. weaken OLF support base in Wolega

If Abbiy allows FANo to invade Oromo territory, he automatically becomes the enemy of the Oromo people. The basis of his power is Oromia. The worst part of that is, that will be the beginning of the end of Ethiopia as we know it.

the base of Abiys power is central Oromia and areas where he is strongly supported like Haraghe, Arsi, Bale, Central Shewa, Jimma.
Wolega is the heartland of the rebellion against Abiy the people their thought they can overthrow Dr Abiy through war and their shene has commited many crimes on ethiopians.
Dr. Abiy must weaken their support base and also use Fano militants in wolega/+gojam as a backup plan if they try to reach Addis. just like a chess game!
dr abiy will than be able to declare himself as the sole defender of oromia people and his opponents as cowards
