Too bad, the guarantor of the peace accord know the transitional government and holds the key not local party or parties. The transitional government has the power to implement the accord until all displaced Tigrayans returned home from all corner of Tigray and election will be held and the winner take over power but Mengisti Tigray remains forever with TDF. TDF is under the command of the president of Tigray at the time until his term is terminated by the people voting pole.
