Turkey is no different from the West, China, and Russia, and it's just doing what the rest have been doing in Africa.
Anyone who thinks Turkey is different or it's for Africa has a lot to learn. Turkey is just chasing its own interests wherever these lead it to. Neither is it anyone's real friend.
Everyone is scrambling for Africa.
