The Oromo never build a civilization in its entire history. Oromos never built a city. Their first attempt to renovate and make Addis in par with Dubai and other metropolitins is commendable. They wasted 37 billion birr just to learn. . The question is can Ethiopia afford to be a playground for Oromo Engineers until they learnt and perfected the art of building cities?
