About Gurages. What is the population size? Are their borders clearly delineated?
I understand that Gurages, by and large, want to have their own kilil. What is their population size? Do they have any border issues with their neighbours and if so, how do they plan to resolve them?

The pickpocket Gurage listro are a marginalized and discriminated ethnic minority in war-torn Ethiopia, they are few in number, less than a million and desperately in need of our prayers, They have very small zone in the middle of war-torn landlocked Ethiopia but Oromo region claims it as historical Oromo territory, they are incapable of resolving anything.
Their strategy right now is to divert public attention away from Fano and Amhara struggle against wild Gallas to other countries by screaming military base, sea port repeatedly.
They have become Abiy Ahmed's puppets and their fate is in Galla hands.

Sesame
See the map below
1)Stolen Gurage lands and people: These are labeled in the map as South East and West Shewa; their Gurage name Gelila and Horu Guduru and and East Welega are Gafat Gurage. They are occupied by Oromo, the Gada culture and oromo language forced upon them. Very many displaced of their lands and killed.
2) The regions labelled as Silte, Gurage and East Gurage are the current zones of Gurage in its possession. Silte though exited from Gurage politically it nevertheless retains it Gurage culture and language.
Gurage boundaries are Awash River in the North, Gibe River in SW and Lake Zway in the East. The Gurage people of Lake Zway are called Zay, now annexed by Oromo.

Note: The map doesn't exactly follow ethnic boundaries.

No reliable figures.
A book I read titled "African Architecture' by John Oliver published in the 1970s estimated the Gurage population to be between 6-8 million. This is about the Gurage region mentioned in #2 above. At 2.5 birth rate and compounding annually, you can imagine that the Gurage population between 10-15 million.
Gurage will use all means available to it to recover its people and lands taken by oromo by violence. No matter how late!

Tigrayan sister eden aka dama is now trying to provoke gurages into fighting a ridiculous unwinnable war with Oromos, hoping that they can distract Oromos enough to sneak her uncles debresion and getatyou reda back into meneliks palace, as they do the perpetual circle gobez tegadalay tigrayan dancing. Meanwhile her and her 10 other mereja accounts/personalities will be thousands of miles away chilling. Hilarious indeed.

OROMO had never won a single war in East Africa!
They are opportunistic . Look how they came into power now and in the 16th century. Just through opportunity doing evil things. ዛሬ ህዝብ እንዳስለቀስክ "ማሎ ማሎ" የምትልበት ቀን ይመጣል!

I know. That's how we acquired the biggest, greenest state. By being opportunistic. Right? We just happened to conquer the best land that has you crying as you type furiously, with a heart full of envy. We did all of that without having to beg europe for them to send arms and generals. Wow we're truly great. No wonder you're so mad and crying about us. I'd be mad too.Odie wrote: ↑07 Aug 2024, 23:38….Sadacha Macca wrote: ↑07 Aug 2024, 23:32Tigrayan sister eden aka dama is now trying to provoke gurages into fighting a ridiculous unwinnable war with Oromos, hoping that they can distract Oromos enough to sneak her uncles debresion and getatyou reda back into meneliks palace, as they do the perpetual circle gobez tegadalay tigrayan dancing. I was about to say exactly the same thing: Oromo history is a history of sneaking into a house through an open back door. You chase them away like wild monkeys when you find they were making attempts to sneak in.
A typical Gurage folklore. I am sure it's the same among Siltes, his uncles and aunts are Siltes. Sadacha knows this.
