2. Cushitic. (Somali-Afar-Beja, Oromo,)

Nilotic is purely African language and is not classified as Afro-Asiatic

by age the oldest cannot be numbered or counted but the orgins are simple

1. Cushitic -> Nubian/Beja is the oldest and the orgin of Cushites
2. Semetic -> Arabic/Sabean is the oldest and the orgin of Semites
3. Omotic -> no difference in age just evolution
4. Nilotic -> no difference in age just evolution

No langauge group is older then the other unless you are a baboon zinjero gudela that thinks when one tribe had a language the other was mute

According to present theory of evolution of these languages, in order age from oldest to youngest:

Nioltic is a member of the Nilo-Sahara languages group. It's proposed that it was born around Lake Turkana and moved west across the belt of Afriaca, the Sahara.

Omotic, its confined to Ethiopia now but spoken more widely in northeast Africa.

Cushitic..born in the Great Rift Valley of Ethiopia, parent languages may be Omotic and Nilotic. Gallas speak it in Ethiopia.

Semitic is the youngest according to historical linguists.
Born in Levants, out of which the Semitic languages of the seafaring Phoenicians, Aramaic, Hebrew, Arabic, Geez and Ethio-semitic languages branched out.
