Birds might fly but no Ethiopian plane, fighter or civilian, could. They may try to do it, just like Agame thieves sneak in into Eritrea to rob, but Eritrea has the full right to retaliate and exact punishment. Now go educate yourself on air sovereignty! BTW, Ethiopia cannot fly over Somaliland if Mogadishu denies them permission! They cannot use Sudan skies because it is a war zone. Another dumb Agame so dumb that he questions the notion that a nation has sovereignty over its skies! In this day an age when one can google anything, these morons cannot do a simple search. Well, I have done it for them so that they can educate themselves on Air sovereignty. Air sovereignty is the fundamental right of a sovereign state to regulate the use of its airspace and enforce its own aviation law – in extremis by the use of fighter aircraft.

FYI, there are international conventions on infringement of the principle of airspace sovereignty, which have severe sanctions and consequences in store for any country that attempts to defy this principle, including restriction, suspension, and cancellation of flights to and from the country subject to the sanctions. And most of all, insurance companies will automatically suspend their liability for the period in which the sanctions are in force. So, you tell us which commercial plane would fly without insurance, as no country on earth would allow it to land in or take off from their soil.

And these are just the first steps, as a pack of more severe sanctions would usually follow.
