Who said the PP head is actually the deputy mayor of Addis which is true? We would expect something serious from the head of the federated ethnic fruit salad country than from mayor of Addis.
And the donation is a political donation. The gangster Oromuma pretending to behave humane while trading donation for political control of the soul of the people. It would be more desirable if donations came through public source or NGOS or some disaster preparedness segment of the public institutions.
