Those who fear the Unity of Gurage may establish extremist Christian thugs to demoralize and frustrate efforts to unite Gurages regardless of religious and dialect differences.

There have been sporadic Christian extremist attacks on Mosques, Muslim owned businesses and Muslim school female children.

These attacks on Gurage Muslims is a pathetic attempt by enemies of Gurage to diunite and weaken it.

The enemy/ies are also arousing the tribal sentiments of the cushitic minorities such as Kebena and Mareqo against Gurage. They have armed them.

They killed pregnant women and fathers in ambush. They torched rows of farm homes. Harassed and told Welkite residents to leave in wee hours of the nights. Dispossessed their homes when the home owners went to visit their families in rural Gurage. Looted shops or torched the shops. Killed Gurages in daylight in outskirts of Welkite. Killed Welkite police. Beat up Welkite police. Looted weapons from army storage in Welkite.

ዳማ ወያኔ ትግሬ ነው፤ ስልጤም፣ ኦሮሞም ፣ ሙስሊምም አይደለም ። አንድ ጉራጌ ጠል የሆነ ውዳቂ ትግሬ ነው ። ጉራጌና ኦሮሞ አዋግቶ መርካቶን ለመያዝ ለሃጩን የሚያንጠባጥብ የወደቀ ትግሬ ነው።

Deny officially that burning of 8 mosques in Muhr also known as Aklil, forestry heavy equipment belonging to a Muslim investor burned and Gunchirye Muslim school children beaten, killed and arrested by Gurage Christian fanatics did not happen. Please do.

For me, as a Gurage, an Ethiopian and as a citizens' rights concern, this is my duty regardless of the crime sponsors or apologists or morons with paranoia who believe they are targeted are here in front of me or not.
