This dish appears to be perfectly cooked, in my humble opinion. Did I just witness a pregnant grasshopper? If it's not, then he must have been lifting weights because it's huge. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I'm a bit baffled about whether to refer to this grasshopper as "she" or "he".

I wonder if the ascari women find it easy to cook the frogs as good as their Nigerian husbands.

I am sure the skills they developed cooking grasshopper in Eritrea will help them.

In the part of Eritrea where I come from, we take great pleasure in enjoying the flavors of goat and lamb.ጉዋያ and ቦለቄ are quite common in the daily diet of Fendadaw and Aramu's region in Eritrea. When it comes to አንበጣ, it is a delicacy that they enjoy once a year. :lol: :lol: :lol:
