I do not want you to be starved and will give you what is Mekako and how you make it.
Mekako is a seasonal food in September and October. It is Corn and you can make five types of food from corn fresh soft and dry corn.
1. Roasted it in a glazing fire or shewit
2. You peel it and roasted it in a pan
3. You can dry it and convert it to flour and for bread.
4. You can make very delicious "Hamza" bread, very very testy.
5. You can make "Mekako", this is the best one out corn made by the "wahiles".
To make Mekako is first peel the fresh soft corn but 70% is dry corn and grind it or Mjifaee/Muwuqat to make it small pieces not powder or flour and then boil it until well done and put oil or bu'tt'er in to it and let it cool, preferably overnight and it tests so good. The best result is 70% dry corn not very dry nor very soft.
