All bad systems in a society have a few benefiters and majority victims. Majority, poor Ethiopians, have been victims of the brutal rulers they shouldered. Few gurage businessmen of Oromuma/Aby Ahmed associates may continue to prosper. But for average business people, it is the worst time in Ethiopian history. The same is true for rich men from other ethnics, Amhara included. They prostitute with brutal rulers to get security of wealth. They pay kick back. People of Worku-Aytenew kind are not always easy to find. The poor in Ethiopia remains the same itrespective of ethnic identity. The SOB Aby likes rich people. The son of poor parents and unprivileged upbringing likes to dance with the rich, celebrity and aggrandizes himself with luxury pampering himself with vanity projects. He never talks about the poor except when he is out to do self serving stint. He never flies flags half mast when Ethiopians are killed by ethnic animals. He himself kills in mass. Hope he faces the fate of one of Africas dictators.
Also remember Aby is not shouldered by few rich gurage like birhanu and other ethnics, but those who call themselves Amhara (not sure if all are) who shoulder him actually outnumber other ethnics. Some say if his support of his Amara yes-men crumbled from place to militia level, he won’t have a standing ground.
