Re: From An Eritrean "tarik":Happy Independence Day Somalia!!! WEEY GUUD !!!

Thank you sincerely, dear Eritrean brother. June 26 marks the independence of northern regions, beginning a significant anniversary week for Somalis. June 26 is the day these northern regions gained independence, followed by June 27, when Djibouti achieved independence. Then, on July 1, the southern part of the Somali Republic gained independence, marking the establishment of the Union—a momentous stride towards greater Somali republic.

Not exactly independence of Eritrea, rather the word of emphasis woud be on the 'separation' of Eritrea from Ethiopia.
It came as a result of enormous sacrifices in lives and properties, in both Eritrea and Eritrea.
The despot monarck Haile Sellasie could have handled it differently. Mengistu could have handled tge situation of unrest differently. Above all, didn't the immature Eritrean youth have a pragmatic choice than war as a way out of election cheating by the Unity Party of Eritrea?
I stand to be educated.

Where is Somalia  ሙታንን ከህይዋን መካከል እንደት መፈለግ ይቻላል። Is it not improbable to find the dead among the living [nations]. Al Shabab must be laughing at this - it actualized the demise of Somalia. African troops even if they tried to keep it on life support, it is a brain dead (no functioning institution) former colony of Italy.

Isn't sad that Somalia should be in such failed situation? Somalia is in the situation that it is because of the racist and islamphoic policies the US for Africa and Somalia in particular in violation of UN Charter which no member state may interfer in the internal politics of another member state. That all member states of the UN are sovereign with the unmolested freedoms to form a government of their own.
But US invaded Somalia, killed it's leaders and Alshaba sprang up to expel US out of Somalia. US defeated and withdrew it's forces from Somalia. While leaving Somalia, it's satellite governments of Uganda, Ethiopia and Kenya were ordered to invade Somalia. US played, as usual, a race card. Black on black violence which FBI's racist leader Hover refined to assassinate AA civil rights leaders.
