As a man who put extra attention to the feet of women, does this mean that southern women have ugly and deformed feet? and what the fundamental reason behind their deformation?

I don't think their feet are deformed. Their feet and legs are rather swollen. Neither do I think this is due to raw meat eating, as these people seem to be very poor and can hardly afford to eat beef raw or cooked even once a week.
