My opinion on this security matter is, diversify power between congress and presidential office any security matter that involves potential nuclear face off. Perhaps, we need level headed studious and cool female presidents in the White House.
Putin! As president Biden pronounces it, is an angry and calculating person. But, if he understands the danger, that is good. Messing with the nukes would signal the of our planet as we know it.
