Eritrea’s Independence Day was May 20/1991. And woyane told EPLF that they were scared to go to Addis for they were scared that the Amhara will eat them. After too many scolding by EPLF and trying to convince them that they are Ethiopians they finally agreed only if EPLF will take them to Addis and establish an EPLF military station in Addis for over 3 years to baby sit them. And so it was done.
