We Oromo's have always wished Eritrea and Eritreans the best. We see it as a successful example of what a nation can do, regardless of size, if it is united, determined, brave and consistent upon pursuing its goals and interests.
Funny thing is, I've been accused of being Eritrean before, which is fine, I do not see it as an insult. We Oromo's do not pretend to be what we're not though, unlike some groups here who are known to have multiple accounts pretending to belong to other ethnic groups.
By the way, Cigar, certain people claim to be Eritrean, when they're really ''agames''; I'm sure you know this though. Just a reminder. Just because they insult Ethiopia and Ethiopians, while pretending to be Eritrean, doesn't mean that they actually are Eritrean.

I know that you a proud Ethiopian just like we are proud Eritreans who just wish and work hard to work with our neighbors for win, win situations.

That'd be a honor brother Cigar, I appreciate that. I have family members who married Eritrean women, and they have established beautiful families, we do not see each other as enemies at all. The main problem, as unfortunate as it is, is with those you guys call 'Agame.'
We know that Tigrayans know that, they would never be better off alone. Even when their TPLF ruled and had access to billions of looted funds, they do not even dream of an independent tigray: the only exception to that being, if they were able to somehow overcome Eritrea's strong military and illegally annex Assab or Massawa and other parts of Eritrea to add to their ''abay tigray.''

He already excluded me, and by default, all Oromo's, from his insults and rants, because we do not harbor ill will towards Eritrea and Eritreans.
I do not like how he generalizes and I've made that clear, just look at the recent posts. While some Ethiopians get emotional and respond with insults and curses, I respond with facts. He needs to exclude Amara's too, except for the extremist minorities among them, because they were among the ones sad when tplf deported eritreans from addis/finfinne, and they were the ones who protected eritrean properties for years.

I know cigar is angry and ranting away online because he feels betrayed by Ethiopia time and time again. Ethiopia has been used against Eritrea for how long, and recently was threatening Eritrea again. I try to see things from their side too.
If he insults agames, I am not going to get mad or defend them, because tigrayans can defend themselves; so there's no need to.
Also, why would I curse an old man out online? This is not Oromo culture. We have the utmost respect for elders, even if I disagree with his assertions & I've made it clear to cigar that I disagree with his generalizations of Ethiopians. Even if it were someone like fed-up, who is closer to my age, I do not need to insult them, I respond with facts and clear arguments.
