What is this grass roots mumbo jumbo. America has its hands full solving far more American emergent issues such as creating jobs and dealing with local issues than worry about ethnic democracy in far far away third World country like Ethiopia. Grass roots movements deal with local issues or regional domestic issues for the most part ; International issues are dealt by the president and his office and congress offcourse.
