As a noun it is a region in tigray, and thus just like we used to call all the Ethiopian soldiers who intruded in Eritrea Amharas (because they all spoke Amharic) likewise all the beggars, thieves, menial job workers, prostitutes who were flooding Eritrea in the 60s and 70s we used to call them agames becayse they all spoke one fu’cked language which was hard for us to understand and we use agame as an adjective which describes you funfunat aliet tegarus. So, when we call none tegarus as agames it is in its adjective form which denotes, filthy, liar, thief, shermu’tta, wheel barrow pusher, evil and ugly.
So even if an Eritrean is acting as a tigrawai/ti we call them agames too and like wise if the Ethiopians behave like you tegarus we call the filthy agames.
