So you are outraged because Sibhat Nega survived the clashes unlike Seyum Mesfin and Abay Tsehaye who did not survive the clashes but instead got cooked and eaten up. You should know the fact of life events whereby some get killed and some don't get killed during battles. So, in your particular case you need to celebrate both the dead and the living, otherwise you make families and friend very angry. Mind you also the fact that Sibhat Nega's young son got martyred which means that part of Sibhat Nega can be counted as a member of the martyred community.

Our principle belief system is leaders must practice what they preached first to be example to society including killing themselves by not surrending to invaders armies.
