There's no International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) team in Mogadishu. Neither does it have any office or representative in Somalia.

In addition, he cannot be a member of the ICAO, as it's not a social club but a United Nation's agency.

Somalia's airspace is managed by the Somali Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA).
