Regardless of their ethnic background ,it seems southners never Learn from their previous mistakes, even reptiles like crocodile who is considered among the least intelligent creatures in the animal doesn't touch an electric fence twice . But the southners keep repeating the same mistakes over and over again and they dont seem to learn.
If there is anything which define the southern in general, it is duplicity, dishonest and re-inventing history which doesn't exist. And worst, there is non among their people to correct them.

If there were Smart people in the south, they could have asked him, What the hell are you talking about, wasnt the entire Ethiopian armed forces equipment including the Air Force under the Tplf?
