Raesi Gugsa was the governor of Shahi ethnic Agame & tried to sale them but no one wants to buy them even for one Qolqal

If an ethnic like Shahi worth less than one Qolqal then there is a problem.

Remember when Raesi Gugsa crossed to the other side, he crossed empty hands, at the time it was not Qolqal season the only plant they grow in that God hated forbidden region.

Raesi Gugsa attempted to sale the Shahi ethnic for worn out a pair shoe and left over food, Italinas said nope our dogs worth some than Shahi ethnic. The Italians offered worthy some for the Saho on Gugsa side but the Saho are fearless defiant and Gugsa replayed to them that they are not like the Shahi ethnic under my control like domestic animals but the Saho are out of my control.
