The agame are the same way. Let me explain.
In the early 80's, when the Derg regime received $5 Billion dollars worth of weapons from the Soviet Union and deployed all its forces to Eritrea saying "ላንዴና ለመጨረሻ", the opportunist agame like Gidey Zeratsion thought the two sides would fight until they are both weakened and become vulnerable to agame's lightening strike attacks that would put the agame in control of both Ethiopia and Eritrea.
The agame vultures immediately severed their ties with the EPLF and watched from the hills of the Dedebit jungle as the war raged on.
To the agame's disappointment, however, the EPLF came out of the war not only VICTORIOUS, but much STRONGER than ever having captured most of the Derg's $5 Billion dollars worth of modern weapons, including T-72 tanks, armored fighting vehicles, artillery, and billions of rounds of ammunition.
Yes, you guessed it, the agame sent a message to the EPLF asking to mend relations.
The agame are now praying for a prolonged war between Abiy and Fano, hoping both sides would get weakened as the war intensifies, so that the agame could find a "golden" opportunity to attack both sides and take over Arat Kilo, Welkait, etc... with ease.
I know the low IQ agame like the back of my hand.
