Oh, now I got it, building hotels and other projects on its own money and resources of the country is hilarious. I agree, these dumb Eritreans could have gotten from Western governments and NGOs without working for it or have Chinese built it for them for a loan. While at it, they could also beg and get free USAIDE food without working for it.
