The UAE got kicked out to Djibouti and moved next door to the Berbera port in the Somaliland Kilil of Somalia. Now the UAE wants to take customers away from Djibouti, and what better way to do that than luring Ethiopia away from Djibouti's port and into the Berbera port. The UAE will make $1.5 billion from Ethiopia using the Berbera port, and Ethiopia will make enemies. Is that a good thing?
