I disagree. Jawar is trying to reframe the ተረኛ ኦሮሞ logo with a politically meaningless logo of 'Anarchy'.
In Ethiopia there is a a nation (Ethiopia), there is a state (the Ethiopian state, there is a Regime (Orom constituted ruling group). This is political science. The term refers to this ruling group of Oromo ተረኞች ።
Jawar used brag about his Ivy league Colombia education but here he is violating the elementary principles of political science.
Politics about who controls the power and wealth of a country. So who is controlling the wealth and power in Ethiopia today.
The state of violence and incompetence expresses the inabilities and political incompetence of Oromo elites, it does not show the absence of rulers.
