Good topic for the 2 alcoholic bigoted oldies, Deqi and Cigar.

Both of them are on high gear with their bigotry and hate. The former has started his campaign applying the hate term "mohammedan" meant by that to ridicule the islamic faith, ignoring how sensitive and offensive it is to muslim and the latter oldie Cigar unashamedly bubbled that muslims in muslim countries cannot pronounce the letter "P".

What a silly alcoholic is he!!! TURKEY, PAKISTAN, BANGLADESH... ETC.. are muslim countries but they don't have difficulty in pronouncing the letter "P", they pronounce it same as the brits themselves.

Those bigoted oldies do not belong to this world, they should be relocated to the other world. They have overstayed here but sadly God has forgotten them.

It was a good lecture about how Christmas is celebrated especially in Europe and why.

But, we should always remember that religion is not about people groups or ethnicity. It is about choosing the right path that follows God's will and regulations. Then, how it is done or carried out can differ depending on culture and tradition. It shouldn't be strange, because even though we are all humans, we have different colors and looks and that we have different ways of doing the same thing shouldn't make a big difference. As long as that takes to the same destination that is eternal life and a place in heaven with God.

But according to bible “Easter has its roots in the Jewish holiday of Passover, which celebrates the liberation of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt. According to the Bible, Jesus was crucified during the Jewish holiday of Passover, and his resurrection took place three days later, on the first day of the week (Sunday)”. So it is a well known time frame. It is not something unknown as the lecturer wants us to believe.

Celebrating Sunday instead of Saturday created a great rift in the Church in Eritrea. Because, from the beginning, we were followers of the old testament as well. But they agreed to compromise at the end to hold both days as holly. Saturday because God commended us to remember the sabbath day and keep it Holy. But his resurrection happened on Sunday that is the reason why it is chosen to be kept as holy as well. Saturday (ቀዳም) is called the main day.

I just hoped that you would devote sufficient time to study the contents of your Quran and then compare it with both the Old and New Testaments. To come into logical conclusion.

When we say the Bible, it is a history book about the present time and the future. It says what will happen and how it will happen and why. There are things about Somalia, the Horn of Africa in general and above all what has happened and what will happen to the Middle East.

Both old testament and new testament don’t contradict each other. Old testament contains preparation for the coming of Messiah and new testament contains the fulfillment of the old testament and more clarity about the prophecy that was narrated in the old testament and what we need to do to make it to eternal life.
John 3:16 wrote: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
Parallel in the Old Testament. God commands Abraham to offer his son Isaac as a sacrifice. Because a sin requires an innocent sacrifice and no man is innocent enough to cleanse our sin. God gave his only son to enable us to wash away our sin with his name, repentance and faith in God.
Matthew 4:17 wrote: From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.."
what is strange is you don’t see how Islam and Christianity are the opposite of each other.
In both old and new testament the characteristic nature of Satan is lies, deciet and darkness. While God characteristic nature is light, truth and justice.
Revelation 12:9 wrote: Satan is the Great Deceiver: And the great dragon was cast out — that serpent of old called the Devil and Satan, who deceiveth the whole world. He was cast out onto the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."
According to
Quran An-nisa 4:157 and the preacher wrote: for boasting, “We killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.” But they neither killed nor crucified him—it was only made to appear so.1 Even those who argue for this ˹crucifixion˺ are in doubt. They have no knowledge whatsoever—only making assumptions. They certainly did not kill him."

The Qur'an not only denies the resurrection of Jesus Christ but also his death. And Allah is blamed for deceiving the Israelis somehow by giving them a feeling that they did what they were not doing. No one should be surprised by such a statement because Allah is described in Quran as the great deceiver.
Qur’an 3:54 wrote: Allah is the Great Deceiver:And they cheated/deceived and God cheated/deceived, and God (is) the best (of) the cheaters/deceivers.
"

In any way, there are many Muslim that have problem in understanding the meaning of Trinity, God can come in any form that he chooses. And even, every thing around us are made of solid, liquid and Gas. Though they are the same but have different form. As someone knowledgeable said, if we can take a sun as an example he said, the sun is, a sun and it has light and energy. Light is Jesus that we see with our own eyes and who brighten our days. Energy is the spirit of God that dwell in us to do the work. But we don’t see enery. We only feel its impact. Sun or Gud is the source of all three. Jesus is not called light without reason. Simply put it is how God works.
Curiously, there is no belief in spirit in Islam. But there is faith in fate. According to Islam, everything is predetermined. But if you touch the black stone in Saudi Arabia, all your sins are washed away.

If you read the bible you will with time understand the right path to God. If we got time that is, all prophecies have been already fullfilled what is left is only the scary one. And you should use this time to choose the right way.

As our lord jesus christ said,
John 14:6 ESV wrote: I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
And some of the things he said will happen in the future.
Mark13:9–13; Luke 21:10–19 wrote: Then they will deliver you over to be persecuted and killed, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name."
The above is said to his disciples.
Mark13:9–13; Luke 21:10–19 wrote: At that time many will fall away and will betray and hate one another, and many false prophets will arise and mislead many.
Because of the multiplication of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold. But the one who perseveres to the end will be saved.
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.."

Kerenite,

If you like to travel and like to pop one day in Turkey, you would need to visit the amazing picturesque sites in Cappadocia, where Christians used to hide in caves from the Roman Empire's persecution.
