Since the war is being fought along ethnic lines, between Oromos and Amharas, it is inevitable that the Amhara contingent of the federal forces would be a Trojan horse for Abiy. It is amazing that Abiy and his generals did not take into account this elementary fact. Did they really expect that Amharas would fight so that Oromos can defeat their own people? Abiy, by design or through incompetence, is destroying Ethiopian unity further than the Agames have done. How are the two biggest communities ever going to live together when this war ends? The war is even more senseless than the one Agames fought and lost!

You lack the understanding of the Oromo psychological make up. Oromo are the best flip floppers in the region. 6 years ago, their number one enemy were Tigrayans. It wasn't hard for them to change that easily when they make Amharas their enemies for no reason. If you see them now, they look like anti-eritrea and fanning the war so much as if they weren't sympathizers of Eritrea 6 years ago. In short, you can't trust the Oromo people. When Fano comes, they will be in love with fano more than the Amharas. It is very easy for Oromos to adapt to new realities
