Thanks, that guy was incredibly gifted and it’s sad he was cut short.
Argaw is my all time favorite Gurage singer. I like him because he was so distinct like all other cultural singers of his time. Today you can’t distinguish one style from the other. Be it Amhara, Gurage, Oromo, or Tigre, they just copy the beat, the movement, the story & settings from each other.

አሁን አሁን በተለያየ ቋንቋ መዝፈን አይደለም ፤ ሰው ከራሱ ቋንቋ ውጭ ማድመጥ የማይፈለግበት ዘመን ደርሰናል። ኮሌጅ እያለሁ የምንጨፍረው በሁሉም ብሄረሰቦች ዘፈን ነበር እንጂ ፣ በአንድ ብቻ አልነበረም። ይኸውም ለፖለቲካ ሽፋን ለመስጠት ሲባል ሳይሆን ፣ ሁሉንም የራሳችን ነው የሚል እውነተኛ ፍቅር ስለነበረን ነው። እኔ አሁንም በዚያ ዓለም ነው የምኖረው ፣ ፈተናው (temptation) የከፋ ቢሆንም።
ዋናው ቁም ነገር የሰው ልጅ አይምሮ ኮንዲሽናል (conditional) ነው። ገሚሱን ሰው ሆረስ ክንፍ ያለው ቅዱስ ነው ፣ የቀረውን ደግሞ አይ ጭራ ያለው ዲያቢሎስ ነው ብሎ ማሳመን ይቻላል በተለይ በአሁኑ ዘመን። ምክንያቱም ሰው ልቦናውንና ህሊናውን ማዳመጥ እረስቶ ፣ በውጭ ስሜቶቹ ብቻ መነዳት ጀምሯል።
