Is this a declaration of war on Eritrea?
If this is not a sort of declaration of war, what could it be? Looks like Issaias is scared and extended his Saudi Arabian visit, probably begging the self centered coward Arabs of Egypt and Saudi Arabia for some help or an empty alliance.

Qomal Mesob,
Yes, it is declaration of war. It is a soft one. Isayas knows, they are after him. Not, Abbiy…idiot. The West. Isayas is a survivor. He knows. But you future hope of incorporating Assab to Ethiopia, will not happen.

Take it or leave it, Abiy Ahmed has declared a war on Eritrea. To this, even if the timing is not appropriate to some, most Ethiopians believe that no one can prevent them from accessing to the Red Sea freely while the Arab Egypt and the Muslim Arabs are conspiring against them. Ask every Ethiopian even those who hate Abiy be it in Ogadien, Afar region, Oromia or Amhara share this.
The Ethiopian elites sense that this is the best time to snatch out a port while Issaias is the most hated person in the eyes of the EU and the USA. Everyone wants to see the trouble maker of the Horn of Africa who supports Russian destructive war and Chinese war mongering, gone and dead by any means.
At this time, Issaias can not save his own life in the region, let alone his little empire. Issaias is seen as an obstacle to Western interest in the region, and he will be pushed out by any means necessary, even using Abiy Ahmed.

There is a proverb On which the nobility uses on a daily base which goes by. ሞታ ዝቀረባ ኣንጭዋስ ኣፍንጫ ድሙ ትልሕስ. translation, a mouse/rat who is yearning death licks the nose of a cat. If the con artist is yearning to shorten his life expectancy in Menelik palace, let him start the warMesob wrote: ↑15 Nov 2023, 16:38Take it or leave it, Abiy Ahmed has declared a war on Eritrea. In regard who stands with Eritrea, like yesterday, Eritreans stand with Eritrea.
