The guy is sick but there is a truth on what he said about Ethiopia’s access to the intl water.
At this point he is playing the port card to distract people from the Amhara genocide.
If he is serious he can simply cut any relationship with Eritrea and close the border. Ethiopia will gain enormously by doing that.
