TBI should be given all power to enter and seal properties, enter residents and investigate and bring all evidence to court for the alleged people. No place cadre in Tigray and working for one party, there should not be any entity works for one party but for government of Tigray. No one should be hired by party except the winning party can set up his ministers or cabinet to form his or her government to govern. In Tigray asking which party belongs should be illegal, all Tigrayans should work or hired as Tigrayans not as xy party members.
