The moment Ethiopian leaders with low self-esteem enlist themselves as hired mercenaries for powerful nations, they start to disrespect the Ethiopian people, to the extent to which they lecture them like they are little children. The Ethiopian tradition of respecting elders is entirely being lost at the whim of a fraudster with an IQ of 63.

surely it is similar. Abiy is scolding his cadres left and right this days for every little issue. He doesn't understand that it is his failure. He assembled yes men cadres around him to look good and stand out better. He did temporarily, but that invited failures and Deep down, his cadres are laughing at him. By the way, this cadres are now very easy to infiltrate. I have a feeling they insidiously pass valuable information to Fano and OLA. You can't scold grown arse men and women like a child. The best you can do is fire them and replace them with competent men/women. But abiy is allergic to competent people
Menge has charisma compared to the PP-OPDO and EPRDF-TPLF leaders. Menge's mistake is not understanding the fact that ethnic nationalism is very potent when it stands against nationalist ideology he holds that won't attract die hard keepers. If he knew this game and organize Amharas, Oromos, Wollaytas...etc with unitary pattern, he would have passed the danger.
Amhara Fano dancing with unitary ideology is futile for failure and defeat. It is best it keep its integrity as core Amhara and let others organize themselves in their enclaves with strong emphasis on Ethiopian Unity and equality. True federalism with equality is the only way to break the cyclic misery of the Ethiopian people
