ኡኛ ወያኔ በኢትዮጵያ ለሃያ ሰባት አመታት ይዘነው የነበርነውን ሥልጣን ባልጠበቅነው መንገድ ከእጃችን ካመለጠን በኋላ፣ ከኛ በላይ ፈረንጆቹ ጌቶቻችን ነበር የተናደዱት እና በሰሜን ጦር ላይ መብረቃዊ ጥቃት እንድናደርስ እና ዎደ ኤርትራም ሮኬቶችን እንድንተኩስ ትእዛዝ ሰጡን። እርግጥ ነው የታዘዝነው ነገር ትልቅ ችግር ውስጥ እንደሚያስገባን እናውቅ ነበር፣ ነገር ግን አንድ ነጥብ አምሥት ሚሊየን የትግራይ ወጣቶችና ህፃናት ወታደሮችን በሞት እንደሚያሳጣን በፍፁም አልጠበቅንም።
