Mr. Isayas, it is time to sign a joint defense pact with Somalia.

Post by Dark Energy » 01 Nov 2023, 20:38

How about that. As Ethiopia gets stronger, both countries will be in danger of losing sovereignty. The UN is submissive to very powerful countries will. The UN is very close to becoming the League of Nations, the hapless organization of the World Order that preceded the UN. The Arabs seem to be taking Ethiopian sides. Any secret relationship with Israel, if any needs to stop. Don’t take any sides. Stand for the right thing. The loss of transparency and accountability brought promising Eritrea to a stand still.

Abbiy make your move. Syad Barre would be smiling from above. Rightly so. At the end, Oromia would be triple land locked .

The new Somali President has visited Eritrea many times. It seems like the Bare days are here. Isayas can earn my respect if he had signed a common defensive military pact with Somalia. Greater Somalia could have a chance for rebirth as well.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, Isaias Afwerki paid cadres were saying, we want united strong Ethiopia, now you have strong Ethiopia and you are on your own.

Somalis are not tools to be used, they know a lot about politics and how politics work, they are ahead of you.

We've no problem signing not only a defensive pact but also an offensive pact with Eritrea.

Although Ethiopia is not in a position to scare anyone, Eritreans and Somalis have every reason to be attentive, as they've a landlocked sh.ithole with a 130 million population that even eat raw meat next door.

When Ethiopia tries to flex fake muscles, I suddenly become a supporter of Eritrea and even an apologist for Afwerki; hence, I've paused my criticism towards Isaias Afwerki.

Somali man,

Without Syad Barre’s help, Eritrean independence could have been in jeopardy. Regardless, the only way Ethiopian expansionist disease could be controlled is, through balancing forces from Eritrea and Somalia. Unfortunately, Ethiopia has not been broken in several ways. They have to thank Mr. Isayas himself for that. I would have loved to see independent Tigray or Amhara or both as well.

You are making such a disgusting and reckless statement. Your ill-wish for Ethiopia is very irrational and uncontrolled emotion. Ethiopia will never ever disintegrate until the end of the world. It natural for Ethiopia to remain sovereign and independent as it has been for more than 3000 year. It is one of the few oldest nation of God's green earth. Do not wish something for others that you never wish for your self. I am very much doubtful you are from Eritrea. You are sound to me a disgruntled TPLF person, because TPLF comes in different shapes and sizes. You can be unhappy, if you are form Eritrea, about Abiy Ahmed, but you can not wish bad luck for Ethiopia. If you do so that will be fall upon you. Differentiate Ethiopians from Abiy Ahmed. Ethiopia has never been a problem. First, check yourself. Do not blame on it us. One more time, Ethiopia is an indestructible country. I do not know what you gonna do about it, evaporate into the thin air

I agree with you.

But do you what! I'm of the opinion that Ethiopia will not disintegrate anytime soon due to the following factors:

1. Ethiopia was advertised and promoted in the past as a Christian nation and a historic place for Christianity surrounded by Muslims that needs to be protected. Therefore, the West will not allow the emergence of Muslim countries out of Ethiopia's disintegration.

2. Due to the 1983–1985 famine in Ethiopia, Ethiopia remains a synonym for famine in the minds of people across the people to date, and letting a country of 130 million poor people disintegrate overnight scares the sh.it out of the West. Therefore, the West won't allow this to happen.

3. Despite the fact the Oromo are the largest ethnic group in Ethiopia, having the largest region in the country both by population and area, and that their right to secession could easily be justified in international law, they're simply donkeys and enablers of Amhara, which is the root of ills both in Ethiopia and the region. As long as Oromo remain donkeys for Amhara, Somali region might join Somalia or Djibouti, but Ethiopia will be unlikely to disintegrate into small countries in the foreseeable future.

Abere,

Take it easy. After all, you will have your own Amhara nation. Admit it. BTW, why are you ridiculing the Agames. Aren’t they Ethiopians as well. You hate the Oromos, they hate you back. You hate the Tigrayans, they hate you as well. It is a land of misery if you ask me.
