I see, we were not talking about the same Arab guy! I thought you were talking about the clown in the other clip video, who was claiming that Palestinians were not Arabs and who was begging Netanyahu to burn all Palestinians.

I saw the one that you've just posted in the link above somewhere, whether it was you who posted it earlier here or it was somewhere else I don't remember well. However I was planning to read and listen to what Bandar is saying as he seems he's more logical and informed than the clown in the other video. I'll read and listen to it later today.

Besides, it has always been clear to anyone who's knowledgeable of the Palestinian issue that the Gulf countries and Egypt have never wished to see a separate state for Palestinians and instead they put the blame on the Palestinian leaders.

The only Arab leader who was wholeheartedly serious about the Palestinian cause was King Faisal.

Even Gamal Abdel Nasser, who was a celebrated figure for his staunch championing of pan-Arabism in general and the Palestinian cause in particular, later dropped the Palestinian cause for a separate Egyptian-Israeli agreement that would restore the Sinai Peninsula to Cairo's rule!

As I said it earlier, none of the Arab leaders in the Gulf and Egypt are serious about the Palestinian cause. All they've been doing is to pay a lip service to just tranquilise the general Arab public. None of them cares about Palestinians. All of them want, as you said it earlier, to have closer relations with Israel, but they know without addressing the Palestinian cause, this would provoke a widespread anger among Arab population.

I've finally read the long article and also listened to the extracts of the interview with Prince Bandar.

Honestly, he's not saying anything that's worth anybody's time.

All he's doing is washing his hands to provide himself with relief and not feel guilty towards Palestine and its people.

He's parroting that Saudi Arabia did so many things for the Palestinians, such as providing them with financial aid, advice, etc., and that Palestinians are failed by their leaders and no one else without providing any evidence to support his claim.

By the way, he clearly says that Ronald "Reagan was ready ready to recognize the PLO and hold talks with it in exchange for the Palestinians to denounce terrorism and recognize the right of the region’s states to live in peace."

While the Arab clown in the other video was saying that R. Reagan "gave a state to King Fahad for the Palestinians and that Yaser Arafat had ignored this".

Palestinians are failed by no one else other than Egypt and the Gulf countries, minus Iraq.
