Some of those parliamentary members may not have elementary school eduction unless Ethiopia has a minimum educational level for running an election. But, Abbiy is a fake demented liar who likes to lecture on something that he has any mastery at all. Most Ethiopian parliamentary members are usually from the country side with minimum educational level. However, Eritrean leaders who rode the saddle with out any public election got Eritrea into this dire straight without any accountability. Insulting the West at every opportunity will alienate Eritrea at the UN if war breaks out. Abbiy knows that. The Eritrean leadership knew it too.

I saw one video clip where he was detailing the water content of various human organs. He mentioned the brain, heart, liver an kidney. What point was he trying to make with that lesson? The man is losing it. He is, obviously, on the brink of a major mental crisis.
