The tribalist entities (eprdf-tplf/pp-opdo) came to power and were "running" the country like wild beasts with hate and greed. Fano political and battle concept is completely from a different breed that had maintained the integrity of the country for centuries. Fano is not a an overnight product. Its several centuries product. Its not a surprise that fano acts as a disciplined and a responsible government.
Look, Abiy has never expressed his feelings all along the killings and massacres if ordinary citizens, never bothered when the country has been invaded by foreign elements, displaced millions from where they were born, grew up and made their livings.
Whereas Fano showed the respect to every citized and their right to live, including those who went to kill them. Protected public and private business entities. Always at the forefront to die for the country. Fano is centuries tested entity. For the bravery, the love of the country, and the respect it has to everyone as equal citizen, I thing other parts of Ethiopian population shouldn't miss this golden opportunity to support fano and bring it to the round table discussions

Look at how Fano makes sure that all banks and government services are back to service the next day. Citizens get services the next day. Looting of both government and private properties including banks and other criminal activities like rape are strictly forbbiden. New administrations are setup by the local elders so that no power vacuum arises.
Hmm This is not your usual rebel group that loots banks, destroys infrastructure and disrupts services, leaving chaos and a power vacuum. This is more like a disciplined and responsible government. Two weeks ago, one of my close friends called a family member in the area that is still controlled by Fano and they told him that government officials are still working and providing services. I don't know how they are paid but it seems government offices are still providing services in areas under Fano control.
Honestly, this is a refreshing wind compared to that of the last decade of EPRDF/PP's chronic corruption and lawlessness.
I hope Fano continues this trend and doesn't fall into the trap of many rebel groups that tend to become wild and undisciplined, criminal and end up repressive and a burden to society.
