Endf has failed to clear one Woreda from fano. The best ENDF can do is roll through roads and urban towns while fano holds rural and we all know amhara region is 98% rural only 2% urban

Fighting deep in rural area (gether) is ENDF weakness is they failed in every region to eliminate rural struggles
