I would add Isreal to your list. Russia and China are of cource aware of these countries you have mentioned, and that is why they are working with Esayas and Fano.
Remember, US and Isreal are claiming to side with Fano.
Why is the question? The answer is to sabotage Fano from within! Period! The second reason is to compete with Russia and China who is using Esayas to get to Fano! For both, Fano represents a conduit to reach to the whole Ethiopia and subsquentlly the whole Africa.
