The King, as he likes to refer to himself, has a megalomaniacal design and ambition of building "an Eastern Africa Oromo Empire," indicating his sinister current machinations to take over Eritrea, Djibouti, and Somaliland, a statement he made to an exclusive audience of 200 + invited guests about four and half years ago during a book signing event for the Afan Oromo edition of his book, Medemer.
