I don't like to quote myself in my nature, but once wrote something like the following on this forum. It was related to a high-rising building-sight in Borana or Guji zone of Oromia region.

"Bring Addis to the peripheries, instead of bringing everybody from the peripheries to Addis", which can't take on everybody that come to it.

Now look at the following video.

Why should someone ever consider about going to Addis to achieve something in life, while such a potential is at his/her own doorstep?
