እኛ ልጆች ሆነን ቤት ኤል ሱዳን የሚባል የሱዳን ክለብ ሰንጋ ተራ ጎማ ቁጠባ አጠገብ ነበር ። ክለቡ የሚጀምረ ቀስ ከሳዓት ላይ ስለነበር ሙዚቃውን ለመስማት ከአብነት ሰንጋ ተራ እንሄ ነበር። በዚያ ዘመን የሙዚቃም ሆነ የዳንስ ክለቦች የድምጽ ማጉሊያ በር ላይ ነበራቸው ። ሰፈሩ ሁሉ ውጭ ቆሞ የሰማ ነበር ። እኛ ክለብ መግቢያ እድሜ ላይ ስላልነበርን በር ላይ ቆመን እነመሃመድ ወርዲን ሳኢግ ካሊፋን እና ሌሎችን ላይቭ ሁሉ እንሰማቸው ነበር ። ያ ክለብ ቤት ኤል ሱዳን ኋላ ላይ ካሳንጂስ ሸዋ ዳቦ ቤት ጎን ዞሮ ነበር ። በየሻይ ቤቱ የነወርዲና ከሊፋ ዘፈኖች በቃል ያጠኑ አራዶች ሻይ እየገዛንላቸው ይዘፍኑልን ነበር ። ሱዳንኛ ከኢትዮጵያ ሙዚቃ እኩል ነው የምወደው ።

Thank you Revelation and Horus. You music choices took me back in time, a time where friendship and enjoying life together excelled ethnicity..
In those days most of the night clubs were around Nefasilk and Saris area and just like Horus, we used to listen to the music from the blaring speakers at the entrance of each club. I was first introduced to western music this way

When it comes to the marching music, the Derg used to play them as a background music for new proclamations of the government. I tried the internet to find them.but to no avail.

Keep up the good work, it gives us a break from the never-ending depressing news we are bombarede with day in and day out for dacades now..
