Welega is.a shxthole because.of olf. the same olf that almost lost control of Agamsa and Nekemte in December of 2022 to some Gojame Militias ...Abiy has yet to go full scale war against olf he has been very soft on them they are good at abducting civilians like al shabab and stealing money.
