As for deportation, Eritrea doesn't accept forced returnees. That's why, Rwanda is often mentioned as a destination.

Israel has very recently announced that it's starting to process asylum cases of Eritreans that have been piling up since 2011 case by case and has said that it's no longer accepting Eritreans who claim to have fled military conscription as asylum seekers, adding that 85.9% of Eritreans do not qualify for asylum and are liable to be deported back to Afwerki's prison state at anytime.

Therefore, they should better zip it up, as they could be deported at anytime.
