Any national, party, entities, genders, religions, students, airline workers, even the white supremacists etc have equal right to apply to cities mayors to conduct, conventions, peaceful gatherings, festivals and demonstrations.
And the cities do compete to host such events due to the economic profit they will get from such organizations and tourism purposes.
But none of them have the legal right to disrupt the legally permitted occasions by being hooligans or terrorists.
Any one who wants to object the message the allowed parties to do their things peacefully can also get permission from the cities and counter it by doing their own demonstrations with limited permitted distances but once they cross the red line the allowed participants have all the rights to defend themselves as far as killing then in the spot and will go scot free from the hands of law and the disrupters will go to jail or even get run over by the victimes or even get killed in a process of committing crimes.
In the case of adghi nihamedu, the next time they try to disrupt our legally allowed gatherings should take notice that our patience is getting thin and we will defend our rights by destroying them just like we destroyed woyane.
If they have problem with us or who we support or not, then they too have legal process to counter us by doing their things peacefully. Certainly no HGDEF supporter will give a damn and no one will waste their time to disrupt them or see what they are up to. And they know it and that is why they are opting to get attention by coming to the awaited Eritrean festivals to be noticed and get newspaper attention in the middle part of anti Eritrea newspapers.
So my Eritrean people, we need to stop being miss manners all the time. Enough is enough. It is our right to get permissions from any city with out discrimination and it is our right that the cities do their things to make sure the gathering they allowed go peacefully.
After all thousands of peaceful attendees are coming to their cities and spend millions of dollars to the cities and promote their tourism industries.
So, the next time we do our things we need to tell the cities that they should even allow us to carry guns to defend ourselves if we are approached by people who are purposely and publicly saying that they are coming to hurt our people or force us to not get happy and dance peacefully.
Re: The law is in the real Eritreans side.
How stable is Eritrea's legal system?
