Arrogant? Yes.
Ignorant? No.
He is extremely intelligent. But he never uses his intelligence for the betterment of his people or his country. He is so selfish like all other dictators. He is, maybe, blinded by his hatred towards Woyanes and the unity of Ethiopia. He had 32 years of opportunity to develop Eritrea into an economic power house which could benefit millions of Ethiopians. We wouldn't migrate to Dubai or Beirut if our neighbor Eritrea with its immense potential was free, prosperous and developed.
